FHWA has a new final rule, effective 9/6/22, in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highway that will improve safety for all road users by ensuring that pavement markings are made more visible in dark or low light conditions through “retroreflectivity”. https://bit.ly/3pbxwp3
