Winter Softball Hitting and Pitching Clinic

THE CAMP WILL ONLY BE HELD ON MONDAY EVENINGS
January 25 and February 1, 8, 15, 22, 2016
at the KCKCC Fieldhouse

Discounts are also available if enrolled in both hitting and pitching or if enrolled in two hitting or two pitching sessions.
Hitters will develop swing mechanics, use video analysis software from iPad, and improve contact and power as well as strike zone and pitch recognition. All physical aspects of hitting will be covered as well as the mental approach to successful hitting.
Pitchers will work on proper mechanics from beginners to advanced levels. Pitchers will also learn shoulder maintenance to help prevent injuries. Development of movement pitches, gaining power and developing location skills will all be focused on. Pitchers will also be using video analysis software.
**PITCHERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN CATCHER**
**HITTERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET AND BAT**
The clinic will be run by KCKCC Head Softball Coach Kacy Tillery, Assistant Coach Tiffany Jennings,
KCKCC student athletes and past All-Conference players.
