When Catherine received the June Barber Memorial Scholarship as a Chi Omega undergraduate, she was working hard to make both her education and her Chi Omega experience possible.

Today, she has earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and is officially a veterinarian! 🐾❤️💛

The June Barber Scholarship helped Catherine pay for tuition and a portion of her Chi Omega dues at a time when she was financially independent. It made a meaningful difference—and helped keep her connected to the sisterhood she loved.

Her story is exactly why we’re working to grow the June Barber Memorial Scholarship Fund. Every gift helps make a difference in the life of another sister and helps carry June Barber’s legacy forward.

Do you have a good attention to detail, a working knowledge of Excel and a couple free hours a week? Do you love Chi Omega and want to reconnect with sisters? Do you miss the camaraderie of working with a group of amazing ladies on a regular basis to create fun and fellowship? WE WANT YOU!! The Alumnae Association is in need of a Treasurer. You do NOT need to be an accountant or CPA for this role! If you are at all interested, we’d love to talk to you!
