UNK is Hiring: Construction Services Manager

The University of Nebraska at Kearney is seeking a Construction Services Manager to lead our in-house construction services operation.

This leadership position is responsible for:
- Managing campus renovation and construction projects
- Developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Leading construction staff and coordinating contractors
- Building strong relationships with campus clients
- Supporting the long-term stewardship of UNK's facilities

We're looking for an experienced construction professional with strong leadership, project management, and business skills who enjoys solving problems and working with a wide range of stakeholders. - Location: Kearney, Nebraska
- Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually
