Cleaning out our rooms and our minds as we wrap up the year!

Poster titled: Spring Cleaning for your mind
1) Set realistic goals - Break goals down into smaller achievable steps and create a plan to work towards them
2)Get enough sleep - Establish a consistent bedtime routine that avoids screens and bright lights
3) Touch grass (seriously) - Go for a walk, study outside, or play a game. Sunlight helps reset our minds
4) Scrub digital environment - Social media can burn your mental energy. Reduce screen time and unfollow accounts that cause stress
5) Seek professional help - Book an appointment with UNK Student Health and Counseling or The Loper Success Hub
