Gianina Casale is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with a Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy and a specialization in Couples and Family Therapy. She works across private practice and intensive treatment settings, integrating evidence-based, systemic, trauma-informed, and creative arts approaches to support individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.
Her clinical work is grounded in somatic and experiential therapies, with a particular focus on attachment, emotional regulation, and embodied healing. She has developed and facilitated movement-based groups for children and caregivers in community agency settings, supporting trauma recovery through relational and body-based interventions.
In addition to her clinical practice, Gianina has led professional training in Dance/Movement Therapy and is committed to expanding access to creative and embodied mental health care. She is a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT), LMFT Associate, and certified yoga teacher, and a recipient of the Marian Chace Foundation Scholarship.
Kali Skodack (she/her) is a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Limited License Counselor with practicing privileges in California and Michigan. She works as a Crisis Therapist at The Guidance Center’s Mental Health Rapid Response Program, collaborating with Metro Detroit police departments to de-escalate mental health crises and connect individuals to services as alternatives to hospitalization or incarceration. Her work includes assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing treatment for community members and soon providing support for first responders through a Blue Light Program. Kali also provides outpatient therapy to adults and children at Inspired Healing Therapy in Royal Oak, MI.
With a professional background in forensic and community mental health settings, Kali is a strong advocate for integrating dance/movement therapy across diverse systems. She holds additional credentials as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified First Responder Counselor. Kali currently serves as Central Member-at-Large on the ADTA National Board of Directors and has previously been involved within ADTA chapters and committees. She has presented at multiple ADTA National Conferences and for the California Department of State Hospitals. Kali brings a commitment to social justice and community care to her work as well as a passion for integrating creativity into the therapeutic process.
Huijun "Nikki" Li, LMFT, R-DMT (any/all) is a Chinese-born movement artist, expressive arts practitioner, and relationship therapist based in Boston, Massachusetts. They are passionate about promoting authentic expression, connection, and inclusivity in their community through artistic expression and dance. Nikki is the founder of Kitchen Table Psychotherapy, where they provide culturally-affirming, trauma-informed mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. As a Dance/Movement Therapist + Couple and Family Therapist, Nikki specializes in LGBTQIA+, couples therapy and polyamory, high-functioning/high-achieving professionals, neurodivergence, parenting, immigration and identity, and Asian mental health.
