We’re kicking off Career Exploration & Workforce Readiness Month by highlighting partnerships that strengthen our local workforce.

Eight Precision Hydraulic Cylinders employees recently completed 24 hours of hands-on precision measurement training through a partnership with JSCC’s NCEdge Customized Training and Industrial Systems Technology programs.

The training prepared employees to pursue six industry-recognized NC3 certifications while building valuable skills they can put to work on the job.

🎉 WOW (Week of Welcome) continued today at James Sprunt Community College!

Students enjoyed delicious food from Mama Kea’s Food Truck and explored helpful campus and community resources during our Resource Fair in the Strickland Student Center.

It was hard to tell who was more excited about the food, the students or the staff! 😂

Thank you to Mama Kea’s and all of our Resource Fair participants for helping us welcome our students and connect them with the support they need for a successful semester! 💙💛
