Student-faculty partnerships conduct both basic and applied research on vexing world problems ranging from pollution to poverty; mental illness to illiteracy; new sources of energy to peaceful solutions to violent conflicts. The Graduate College sponsors Graduate Student Orientation (GSO), provides opportunities for personal and professional development, and provides opportunities for graduate students across discipline to connect with one another.
