Kent State University Gun/Shooting Club A new club at Kent State University promoting firearm safety, proper application, and the introduction to shooting sports.

It is no secret that Americans have a love affair with gun ownership and shooting sports. We at the Kent State Gun/Shooting Club are looking to invite students with previous firearm experience or students who just want to know more about the world of firearms to join us. Our goal is to promote the safe use of firearms through safety classes and familiarization with firearms for those who are new t

o the community. The club will spend time in classroom style settings learning safety, rules, and regulations. In addition, we will spend time at various ranges to show proper application and the skills necessary to be an accurate shooter.
