🚨 Will you help us end youth homelessness in Rhode Island? 🚨

ICYMI: After four years of applying for federal funding to end Youth Homelessness in Rhode Island, in September of 2021 our state was awarded $3.5M through the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP).

Now, the Coalition is embarking on the first phase of implementing the YHDP program: listening to you!

All month the Coalition in conjunction with the RI-CoC and Youth Action Board will be hosting discussion forums that will guide how will invest our award to address homelessness among youth and young adults.

✨Join the URI Clearinghouse for Volunteers at the first of our advocacy series on Food Equity and Access! Coming up on Tuesday, December 7th at 4:00pm, we'll be hosting Eva Agudelo, executive director of Hope's Harvest RI. ✨
Hope’s Harvest RI coordinates a network of local farms and hunger relief agencies, organizing volunteer power to glean produce from farms and deliver it to relief agencies at little to no cost to either end. The program directly increases the amount of fresh produce available for hunger relief agencies while decreasing the waste from local farms.
