“Trust the process. You have a long way to go, and that’s a good thing,” Ariana Temelini ’26, communication studies, has embraced every opportunity to grow creatively and professionally during her time at URI. Through classes in motion graphics and graphic design, she discovered her passion for content creation while building skills in animation, video editing, and digital media.

Her experience at the Harrington School Social Media Agency has been a major part of that journey, pushing her to step outside her comfort zone, collaborate with others, and gain confidence in her work. From creating digital content to seeing projects come to life, Ariana has found the greatest fulfillment in turning ideas into tangible results.

Beyond her creative work, Ariana has taken on leadership roles within the agency, where she enjoys mentoring others and helping them grow into their own. She credits these experiences with shaping not only her skills, but also her confidence and sense of direction. Looking ahead, Ariana hopes to move to a major city and build a career in social media, continuing to explore her creativity across different platforms and projects.

Congratulations Ari, our feed will miss you! Read more about her journey ➡️ https://web.uri.edu/harrington/news/2026/05/19/ariana-temelini-26/

Bo Brady ’26, journalism, has embraced opportunities that push him beyond the classroom, from contributing to The Good 5 Cent Cigar to representing the university on a global stage. The New York native chose URI for its vibrant culture and quickly found his footing through hands-on experiences that strengthened his confidence and storytelling skills.
One of the highlights of his college career came when he was selected to travel to Seoul, South Korea, where he reported on URI’s international initiatives and built meaningful connections abroad.
“I was lucky enough to be selected as a delegate to represent URI in Seoul, South Korea, this past November. During this experience, I reported on initiatives URI was advancing in the region to build connections, recruit international students, and create study-abroad opportunities. This was not only my most worthwhile experience at URI, but it was one of the coolest things I've done in my life. URI has given me a lot, but this really stands out as one of my proudest accomplishments here.”
