Hi! I'm Nathan Barrette from Richmond, Rhode Island. I enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors and playing guitar. Over the past summer, I interned for the URI Regenerative Community Design Labs where I was able to work with communities within Rhode Island to redesign neglected public spaces. After I graduate I plan on joining a Landscape Architecture firm where I can continue my passion for designing community spaces. It has been a pleasure to be a part of the URI LAR program.

I am from Providence RI. My hobbies are reading psychological thrillers and working out. After graduating, I plan on moving back to Providence and working in RI or MA for the next couple of years. In the future I'd like to get my license in Landscape Architecture and work on projects in different cities/countries.

I am from Chichester, NH and transferred to URI two years ago. I worked four years at Millicans tree nursery in my hometown, which is where I became aware that landscape architecture was a career. I also interned with Pellettieri Associates as a construction intern and then spent last summer working as a landscape design intern for Bonin Architects & Associates. After URI I want to return to NH and work on high end residential lakefront properties while pursuing my licensure. Outside of work and academics I spend the majority of my time on the golf course, playing men's league basketball, or hiking. I have recently accepted a position as an Associate Landscape Architect with Terrain Planning and Design.

I’m Matt Towle from Hudson, New Hampshire. I am currently the Fundraising Chair for URI LAR Student ASLA. When I’m not in the studio I can usually be found at a race track anywhere throughout New England. From digging holes in the backyard to getting paid to dig holes in other people's backyards, I’ve always been interested in Landscape Design in one way or another since I was little. My favorite part of being an LAR student is the strong community sense within the studio and out.

I’m Morrigan Maguire, and I’m from Groton, CT. My hobbies are reading, working out, or playing music. My favorite instruments are bass, guitar, and vocals, and I plan to learn piano next. Working on produce farms throughout my teenage years inspired me to study Landscape Architecture so that I can help improve and integrate sustainable practices into sites all over New England. I have recently accepted a position with Fleurs, Inc. where I will be a part of their fine gardening team!
