Speaking event will begin at 1:30 PM outside of the Fascitelli Center for Advanced Engineering with individuals from the URI Administration.

Following these remarks, the presentations will commence in East Hall Room 112 and on Zoom from 2:30 to 6:00

Join the Physics Department for a presentation by Prof.Doug Gobielle on Artemis II and a demonstration on The Kerbal Space Program.
Artemis II is a planned 10-day crewed mission that will send four astronauts on a historic flyby around the Moon and back. Launching no earlier than March 2026, the mission will test NASA’s Orion spacecraft and powerful Space Launch System (SLS) rocket—paving the way for future deep-space exploration. 🌕🚀
