: Meet Pamela!

Pamela is currently pursuing her BAS in Public Health at LWTech while working as a Program Assistant II in Early Grants for our Early Childhood Education program.

Her passion for helping people and improving community health led her to public health. Through the program, Pamela has discovered how prevention, education and community support can create meaningful change.

“Public health professionals play a critical role in creating programs, educating communities, and working together with people to develop solutions that improve the health and well-being of everyone.”

After graduation, Pamela hopes to become a Health Education Specialist or Community Health Worker, putting her passion for helping others into action.
