Skylar Baird and Landon Smith were selected to participate at the 2026 World Food Forum in Rome, Italy this week! Throughout the week, they have been able to learn about agriculture on an international level and network with young professionals across the globe as agriculturalists try to answer the question on how to feed the world population. You both did a great job at representing the University of Tennessee, Knoxville!

Our students are doing great research! 🚀🌱

And it's off! Herbert College of Agriculture students Devin Vitello and Nathan Tucker sent their research to the International Space Station aboard the October 13 SpaceX launch.

Their experiment will explore how space travel affects seed germination and plant stress responses, helping researchers identify crops best suited for future space missions. Read more at the link in the comments ⤵️
