The 2nd Creative China Contest sponsored by the Confucius Institute at UT has been launched!

Rules:

Entries should have a focus on a creative/innovative aspect of China or Chinese culture based on your observations. The subject could be related to culture, architecture, economy or other aspects of China and Chinese culture. Write a short essay up to 500 words to describe the creative/innovative aspects of China or Chinese culture.

To enter the contest, email the ENTRY FROM with your essay to [email protected].

Selected entries will be invited to give a 5-minute presentation at 5:00 – 6:00 PM on November 6th, 2018 (Tuesday). Final winners will be decided by a panel of judges based on both the essay and the presentation.

Prize:

Entry form and essay submissions are due at 11:59 pm on October 30, 2018.

Three top winners will be selected and receive an Amazon gift card of:

1st Place winner: $50 value

2nd Place winner: $30 value

3rd Place winner: $25 value

Honorable mentions: CI T-shirt
