Some details for Parent weekend on April 4-6

Hey all- I sent an email out earlier with the same information but some may not be on the email list.

The Mother's club is hosting the annual Mother-Daughter tea on April 6th at 11am at Cherokee Country Club. The invitation is attached. Each active chapter member can bring one guest, whether that is a mom, aunt, etc. Each ticket is $50 which includes the brunch. It is separate from the chapter so you will need to purchase a ticket for the active member. They are not paid for by the chapter.

There is limited space so we will take the first 360 people that sign up and pay. Please pay via Venmo to -club (the profile pic is the ADPi house and last four digits are 1815). Please put in Venmo comments. your name and daughters name, as the name tags should read.

A huge thank you to Laura Patterson for chairing this event and Johnna Felton for her help with the event. I know that they will make it amazing! If you would like to help with the decorations or setup for the event, please respond to this email. More information about the weekend will come from the chapter via your daughter. There will be events on Friday and Saturday that are planned by the chapter.

Parents weekend- Hopefully your daughter has the info already and passed it on to you. However, on Friday, there is an event at Sunspot. Saturday- tailgate at Fiji island. Sunday- 5k walk for Ronald. The chapter can use volunteers and/participants.

It was wonderful meeting so many people this weekend. A huge thank you to Casadi for planning all the fun activities. A huge thank you to Johnna Felton from Mother’s club for planning an incredible tea. She continues to outdo herself. In addition to planning the event, she made the amazing centerpieces at the tables. All of the proceeds from the centerpieces go to Ronald McDonald house. If you bought a centerpiece, thank you. If you still need to Venmo her, please try to do it by Wednesday! Thanks so much for everyone’s continued support. $45/large containers $25/small
