Update January 14, 2019
The TN Aeronautics Department has refused to fund our proposed July 2019 UT AE Teacher Workshop. This may end a 23 year run of highly successful AE workshops at UT Knoxville. We are looking for alternative funding at this time.

We finished up our 2018 UT AE Class on Friday July 20, 2018 with a flight with the TN ANG 134th.

The 2018 UT AE/STEM Teacher Workshop finished up July 20 with a flight with the TN ANG 134th on a refueling mission. What a way to end the workshop!

AE Teacher of the Year goes to Sherilyn Dawson of Concord Christian School. Presentation took place May 1 at the school in an assembly of the high school and staff. Sherilyn won both the CAP and Air Force Association Aerospace Ed Teacher of the Year. Lt Colonel Dave Garner and Gary Lynn presenting.
