This is a wonderfully affordable opportunity!!

Leadership is more than a position. It is one of the most significant ways we serve the people around us with wisdom, integrity, and purpose.

The teams we build, the cultures we shape, and the decisions we make each day reflect something deeper than strategy. They reflect character. Effective leadership begins with a commitment to stewarding influence well, and character is formed, not just trained.

Johnson University's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership develops the whole leader through the study of organizational culture, ethics, change management, authentic leadership, and strategic decision-making, all examined through the lens of Scripture and a biblical worldview.

Wherever God is calling you to lead, go equipped.
