BCA is a full-blown college that is designed to take a student as far as he or she would like to go in the matter of studying the Bible. Each year of study becomes its own entity, allowing the student to stop at that point or continue up and through a Ph.D. This allows individuals within a local church with a wide range of interests and needs to be able to further their education. Some might desir

e a single year of intense study with an emphasis on the Bible; another person might desire secretarial training; another might already be teaching in a Christian school and want to pursue a degree in Education; another might be called to preach and want to prepare for the ministry; another might already be serving in some capacity and desire to complete their Bachelor's degree or even pursue a Master's or Doctorate level degree. Whatever the desire is that God has placed in a person's heart, BCA is committed to helping each individual pursue that desire.

The purpose of this book is not to examine the book of Job in a verse-by-verse study, but rather to clarify one of the main issues that is rarely discussed. The typical view of the book of Job is that it is the true story of a man whose problems and trials raised the very legitimate question of why good people suffer. I am not sure the most important question is why the righteous suffer. A bigger question is what did Job do to anger the Lord. That question is a much more important one because whatever Job did, we want to avoid! - Dr. Mike Holloway
