We’d like to give a HUGE shoutout to our two September Bro’s of the Month, Elsie Joers and Alex !!! 🙌🏼💪🏼

Elsie was recognized for her outstanding work as our chapter’s Motivation Chair! This role can be intimidating, but she consistently steps up with confidence, grace, and words of wisdom that inspire our chapter at every meeting.

Alex was also recognized for her incredible dedication as our Pledge Education Assistant! Throughout recruitment, she went above and beyond to get to know our potential new members, participate in countless interviews, and even present at one of our recruitment events. Her time and effort have made a meaningful impact on our chapter!

We’re so lucky to have Elsie and Alex as part of our brotherhood. Thank you both for your hard work, leadership, and the positive impact you continue to make in Eta Rho! 💜💛
