American Marketing Association collegiate chapter at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

The purpose of our collegiate chapter is to provide students with the opportunity to be part of an on-campus group interested in current marketing practices, issues, and events. We promote networking among students, faculty, alumni, and business people through participation in group activities, events, and projects. Our main goal is to provide opportunities to apply classroom knowledge, thus enhan

cing members' marketing skills and career opportunities after college, along with leadership experience.

The past couple of months have been busy for our AMA chapter. We traveled to conferences, competed, connected with professionals, and continued to grow as a chapter! We are proud of all our members who stepped up, got involved, and represented AMA along the way!

Company Crawl Dump! 🏀🏥🤝📍📈

Last Wednesday, 14 of our members had the opportunity to travel to Madison, WI to tour The Kohl Center and Epic Headquarters!

From getting a behind-the-scenes look at Badger athletics to exploring one of the most innovative healthcare tech campuses, it was an unforgettable day of learning, networking, and making memories.

ICC RECAP! 🎉💼🏙️🏆

Several of our AMA members had the incredible opportunity to attend the AMA International Collegiate Conference (ICC) in Chicago!

From Perfect Pitch to Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing, our students showcased their talent across multiple competitions. Jesse, Emily, Brice, and Emma competed in Perfect Pitch, Cole and Riley in the Marketing Strategy Competition, and Emily and Emma in the Digital Marketing Competition.

From competing on a national stage to exploring the sights of Chicago, this was an unforgettable weekend for our chapter.

We’re so proud of everyone who stepped up to compete and represent UWL AMA. Thank you to AMA for hosting such an inspiring and impactful event!

What a fantastic way to wrap up the Fall semester! Last night’s meeting was our final official gathering, and a huge thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy finals week schedule to attend! ⭐️ Member of the Month Spotlight: A massive congratulations to Abby Habetler! Thank you for consistently representing AMA with such a positive attitude and making a truly meaningful impact. 📣 We’re also thrilled to officially recognize and congratulate our newly elected Exec Board for the 2026-27 school year! We can’t wait to see the great things you’ll accomplish. Now, go crush those finals, AMAers! Wishing everyone a restful and happy winter break!

Join us for our final meeting of the fall semester this Wednesday, December 10th at 7pm! For this meeting we will have an internship panel featuring our AMA Executive Board. This is a great opportunity to hear from others experiences if you’re planning on or interested in getting an internship. Plus we’ll also be having holiday cookies to decorate. We hope to see you there!
