Are you a graduate of the SSP program and currently enrolled in college? You may be eligible for the Locally Grown Scholarship! Award is given mid-semester, between $500-$1000. You must be enrolled part-time (6 credits) and in good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher).

The annual breakfast brings together students, graduates, friends and supporters of the Self-Sufficiency Program (SSP). Together, we’ll recognize SSP graduates pursuing their college goals and the community that helps make their journeys possible.

Locally Grown Scholarships provide financial support to SSP graduates during their early semesters at UWL, Viterbo University, and Western Technical Colleges. For students balancing college with work, parenting and other responsibilities, that support can make a meaningful difference.

Come for breakfast. Leave inspired by the students, their stories and what's possible when a community invests in education.

Everyone is welcome, and children are invited to attend.
