What an incredible energy at Western today! Our faculty and staff gathered to kick off the new academic year with celebration, community, and big milestones.

Here are a few highlights from College Day:
- Honoring Excellence: We recognized exceptional co-workers whose dedication keeps our campus thriving.

Score one for Western families!

We’re thrilled to announce that Western Technical College has received a grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation in support of our Basic Needs – Students with Children Fund!

Balancing college and parenthood is no small feat. For many of our student parents, finding affordable, flexible childcare is the single biggest factor in whether they can stay in class and finish their degree.

This grant helps remove that barrier—giving student parents the support they need to focus on their education, reach graduation, and build a brighter future for their families.

Western Technical College cooperates with Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction to repurpose items that are no longer used at the college. These auctions offer items to the general public and divert items from being placed in a landfill. This auction includes a glass display case, a gaming chair, microscopes, pallets of new tile, beds, tables, and chairs. If interested in any items, please check the Wisconsin Surplus website and follow instructions there.
