Our chapter was chartered in April of 1991 and is currently home to over 118 amazing women. UCSD Chi Omegas value a balance between our s

ix purposes: scholarship, campus involvement, community service, sisterhood, friendship & social, and career & personal development. Our chapter programming focuses on a commitment to these purposes – balancing a wide range of activities including weekly study hours, quarterly formal dances, sisterhood hikes, beach clean-ups, alumni mixers, and heading out to cheer on our Triton athletes at spirit nights and games to list a few! We strive to live out our founding values in everything we do. Our UCSD chapter has raised over $60,000 for the Make-A-Wish foundation which grants wishes to children diagnosed with life-threatening conditions. Our chapter has had the privilege and joy in granting 13 wishes in our most recent years and while each Chi Omega holds our philanthropy close to heart, our wish granting celebrations are especially dear to us, allowing us to meet our wish recipient child and their families by sharing in the experience of their dream coming true and putting a face to the benefactor of our fundraising efforts.
