University Centers Sustainability We are part of University Centers that strives to make our student union more sustainable through food, energy and water.

We strive to make University Centers Student Union more sustainable through food, energy and water. We work with vendors at UCEN to offer fair trade, organic and local items/ingredients for our customers. We work towards lowering our carbon footprint by reducing food waste, water waste and material waste.
