Triton Real Estate Organization TREO is a real estate focused undergraduate student organization at the University of California San Diego.

TREO is an undergraduate student organization at the University of California San Diego. The goal of the organization is to provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to learn more about the field of Real Estate in terms of finance, development, management, accounting and more. We aim to create a network of Real Estate professionals and undergraduates at UCSD to explore internship opportunities, career advice, and mentoring. Organization members will learn more about the field of real estate and become involved with a group of hard working individuals who seek to advance their career growth. Advised by esteemed Professor of Finance and Accounting at the UC San Diego Rady School of Management, Rossen Valkanov, TREO aims to blaze a new real estate trail on the UC San Diego campus.

Come get a behind-the-scenes tour of an active multifamily construction project on Adams Avenue hosted by Gottsik Construction and RED Alumnus Noah Martin, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

👔 Required attire is long pants, long sleeves, and closed toe shoes due to active construction site conditions. Hard hats will be provided to attendees.
