🌟HSM Alumni Spotlight🌟

We are excited to highlight Caitlin Moreau, a Fall 2023 graduate of McNeese State University's Health Systems Management program!

Caitlin currently serves as the Coordinator of Patient Experience in the Quality Management Department for CHRISTUS Ochsner Health Southwestern Louisiana, supporting both the St. Patrick Hospital and Lake Area Hospital campuses.

Her professional journey began while still at McNeese through her internship with Leading Home Care in the Client Care Department. That experience gave Caitlin valuable hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, strengthened her understanding of healthcare management, and helped build the confidence she needed as she prepared to enter the workforce.

During her time at McNeese, Caitlin was also actively involved in the Health Systems Management Student Organization (HSMSO) and served as Vice President, further developing her leadership and professional skills.

She is now continuing her education by pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) with an anticipated graduation date of 2028–2029.

We are proud to see Caitlin continuing to grow as a healthcare leader and represent McNeese HSM in the healthcare community! πŸ’™πŸ’›

Congratulations, Dr. Johnson! Your leadership guided the undergraduate nursing program through the pandemic and the natural disasters in 2020 and 2021. Just as important was your role in the curriculum revision currently being implemented and that you are a wonderfully excellent teacher and mentor! https://www.facebook.com/share/17zmJr2ih2/
