CCNE Third-Party Comment Announcement
McNeese State University
The McNeese State University College of Nursing and Health Professions announces that the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program will undergo a review by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) as part of the accreditation process on September 29th-October 2nd, 2026.
In accordance with CCNE procedures, constituents and other interested parties are invited to submit written, signed comments concerning the program's qualifications for accreditation. Third-party comments should relate to the CCNE Standards for Accreditation of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nursing Programs and should address the quality of the program.
Written comments must be received by CCNE no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled on-site evaluation or September 8, 2026.

The CCNE accreditation process provides an opportunity for students, alumni, faculty, employers, and members of the public to participate by sharing relevant information regarding the nursing program.
