University offices will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8.

The fee payment deadline has been extended to tomorrow, Thursday, August 27 at 4:30 PM.

Students must pay their fee bill in full or enroll in a payment plan by the new deadline to avoid being dropped from classes.

📍 Reminder: Student Central is temporarily located in Parra Ballroom in the New Ranch ( #38 on the campus map).

The first day of fall classes is almost here! If you still have items to take care of before the semester begins, Student Central is your one-stop shop for assistance with Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships, the Registrar’s Office, and Academic Advising — and they’re offering extended hours to help!

🏠 Thursday, August 20 — Move-in Day

🎓 Sunday, August 23 — Freshman Convocation
📚 Monday, August 24 — First Day of Fall Classes
⏰ Tuesday, August 25 — Last Day to Register for Fall Classes
💳 Wednesday, August 26 — Fee Bills Due by 4:30pm

🤠 FIRST-TIME FRESHMEN: It’s not too late to become a Cowboy! Stop by Student Central to meet with an advisor and get registered for fall classes.

💰 WAITING ON FINANCIAL AID?
You can still submit your FAFSA, but federal processing can take time. If your FAFSA is still processing, plan to enroll in a payment plan while you wait for your aid to be processed and awarded.

Already have financial aid awards? Log in to Banner 9 and make sure you’ve accepted your awards.
