Membership is by invitation to baccalaureate and graduate nursing students, who demonstrate excellence in scholarship and to nurse leaders exhibiting exceptional achievements in nursing. Induction is held in the Spring of each year to honor these students as well as to recognize outstanding nurses in the community and install newly elected officers.
