the el toro sports medicine program is proud to announce mia cubacub as the comeback athlete of the year!!

mia is a senior who has been a 4 year varsity player for el toro girls basketball.
after suffering a shoulder injury, mia underwent a successful surgery and worked hard in the recovery process in order to get back on the court.
her hardwork and determination showed, as she had a successful senior year, making all-league first team and averaging 15.4 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 2.5 assists per game, and 1 block per game.
