Florida Southern College is proud to announce the appointment of Michael Brossart as its next Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration.

Bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in finance, strategic planning and organizational operations, Brossart will join the College's senior leadership team and officially assume the role on Oct. 1.

Brossart succeeds Terry Dennis, whose 37 years of dedicated service have left a lasting impact on Florida Southern. Thank you Mr. Dennis for your years of service to the College.

Did you know Adam Sandler filmed portions of his 1998 film, 'The Waterboy' at Florida Southern College?

FSC student Tiffany Hosey poses with Adam Sandler during his day-long stay on campus in 1997 while filming scenes for the cinema staple. The iconic Medulla Oblongata scene classroom was filmed right here in Edge Hall.

We had a wonderful time at the Asheville, NC Alumni and Friends Reception on Tuesday evening!

Held at The Flat Iron Hotel in Downtown Asheville, the event brought together alumni from six decades, spanning the 1960s through the 2010s, for an evening of connection and community.

Guests heard updates from Alumni Board President Christine Ehlenbeck ’07 and College President Dr. Jeremy Martin before reconnecting with fellow alumni and friends.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped to make the evening such a memorable celebration of our FSC community!
