World at Hand’s Global Scholars Pathway is here to change that! This program is designed to close the opportunity gap in international education and make global opportunities accessible for all students, no matter their background. Calling all international students! We are having a picnic for all international students at RRCC to get together, celebrate culture, exchange experiences and ideas, and of course-have some free pizza and snacks!

If you plan to come to the event, we would love it if you could complete the interest form linked here: https://forms.office.com/r/VmgmmA0HJj. It is not required, but it will help us to know how many students will come to the event.

- 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm

- Outside on the grass lawn area near the sand volleyball court (the QR code in the post shows the location.) If the weather is bad, we will move to Torrey’s and Greys in rooms 1571 & 1572)

A community college (also known as an associate’s college) is a higher education institution that offers two-year programs leading to the Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree. Associate’s degrees are generally equivalent to the first two years of a bachelor’s degree. International students who want to complete a Bachelor’s degree can do so through the 2+2 model: Completing their Associate’s degree in two years of study at a community college before transferring to a four-year school to complete their Bachelor’s degree. Colorado has 13 different community colleges throughout the state and Red Rocks Community College accepts international students!
