Accepted Clothing:

Any Casual and Business Casual Clothes
■ No undergarments
■ Socks if clean (no holes)
■ Sanitary items
■ Shoes

What is the value of a community college education? 🧐

Sponsored by the Phi Theta Kappa Board of Directors, the PTK Founders Medal Competition recognizes a graduating PTK member* who has written the finest essay reflecting on the value of a community college education. ⁠

The student with the top submission will receive a medal at their graduation ceremony and a $1,000 cash prize. Deadline to apply is January 31, 2024, at 5PM CST. ⁠You can find the application at scholarships.ptk.org. Good luck!

Good Morning, Red Rocks PTK Scholars! Did you know it's Fresh Check day?! Go outside for some free food and check out the interactive booths dedicated to boosting your health and wellness during this stressful finals season!

Last but not least, our FINAL PTK event will be today in the Den from 12pm-1pm. Come to Students, Engage! To learn everything you need to know about INTERNSHIPS! You know you want one, you know you need one, and you know you'll have more free time this Summer. Melissa English will connect you with the internship you want! It's a no-brainer. We'll see you in the Den!

Happy Monday, PTK scholars! This Thursday, 4/20, come to the Den from 12:30pm-2:00pm and join Linda Yazdani, our Director of Intercultural Services, discuss what it means to immigrate to another country versus what it takes to become a refugee. We will have snacks! We will see you there!
