This weeks Kessler Rehabilitation Center Athletes of the Week are Sander Rynning from Georgian Court University Men's Soccer and Ava Churnesky from Volleyball.

Rynning had a hand in both goals in Georgian Court's 2-2 draw with Saint Michael's, scoring the equalizer and passing out Lion's first goal of the game.

Churnesky led the Lions offense on the Volleyball court with 52 kills in 4 matches and had a pair of double-doubles!

Kessler Rehabilitation Center is Georgian Court’s official physical therapy partner. With over 10 physical therapy centers in the surrounding community, students, faculty, and staff can expierence the power of physical therapy close to campus.

That's a wrap on the 2025-26 academic year for Georgian Court University Men's and Women's Soccer as the United Soccer Coaches handed out their Team Academic Awards!

The Lion women earn the award with a 3.56 team GPA. GCU's men's team finished last season with a 3.31 GPA.

Both teams play their 2026 season opener in just 2 weeks, Thursday, August 27!
