Shout out to the CDKC employees who offered a hand in all of the capacities to prepare, set up and engage with community for this event: Kim, Missy, Joey, Adrienne, Henry, Rod, Tisha, Chalsea, Tabree... and Maintenance, Dave, Gordy, Ben, MJ, Carlos, Chrisman and Floyd.

CDKC's SEM Leadership team convened this weekend in South Dakota to review progress and establish new priorities for our Strategic Enrollment Management initiative.

Lots of conversations around student data and institutional support and assessment.

Thank you AICF for supporting TCU'S to raise capacity for our students.

Represented were student services, academics, extension, research, financial aid, admissions, research, business and board with support from AICF Research and Univ of Minn Ext Researcher.

Thank you everyone for your commitment to our students and our community. It was a highly productive, engaging day and a half. (Great conversation around data, with moments of humor and shared joking around the importance of everyone's shared contribution to our work)
