A career in advanced manufacturing can start with learning how to turn a blueprint into a precise, finished part.
The Workforce and Economic Development Center is running a 40-hour Basic CNC Programming and Setup course every Tuesday and Thursday from October 13th to November 19th, giving participants the opportunity to strengthen the skills they use on the job or prepare for their next career step.
Participants learn to interpret blueprints, write basic G-code programs, set tool and work offsets, and safely operate HAAS CNC milling and turning equipment. ⚙️
