The month of October is Pedestrian Safety Month!

At some point during the day, everyone is a pedestrian. We all have a part to play in reducing hazards that lead to pedestrian collisions.

Pedestrians are encouraged to stay alert and make safe choices to reduce collision risks by:
🚸 Using designated crosswalks and pedestrian paths,
🚦 Obeying all traffic signs and signals, and
🚶🏿‍♀️ Keeping clear of transit vehicle blind spots and obstructions.

It's another great day to be a Wyoming Cowboy!

Don't forget that after we beat the Huskies, you can catch a SafeRide from outside of Gate 8 (from halftime until 30 minutes after the game)!

If you go downtown this weekend, you can catch a ride by going to the SafeRide office at the corner of 3rd and Garfield.

For rides from anywhere else in Laramie city limits, request a ride using the UWYO SafeRide app!
