Yesterday we heard from the ecology department about what they do to monitor weather, do game counts and biodiversity monitoring. In the afternoon, we took out the weeds in two cheetah feeding pens so no snakes can hide. Then at night, we watched a Champions League soccer match.

We learned from some great divisions at the yesterday. We started at the Dancing Goat Creamery where cheese and ice cream are produced from their herd of dairy goats. The s**t dogs find cheetah s**t to help identify their health, locations and diets. Then we learned how to identify predators. We rounded the day out by helping in the gardens and assisting with goat checks. It takes a lot to keep up a model farm and protect the cheetahs! 🐆
