Yesterday was a special day at the College of Business. We were honored to welcome back Peter M. Johnson, a 1972 UW finance graduate, College of Business Distinguished Alumnus, and longtime supporter of our students, for his first visit to the Peter M. & Paula Green Johnson Student Success Center since it opened in 2021.

Few people have done more to prepare UW students for successful careers. The retired president of Sinclair Oil Corporation, Peter has spent decades advocating for our students and connecting them to opportunities, mentorship, and jobs after graduation.

His service to this college runs just as deep. Peter was the College of Business' first Executive in Residence and served as chair of the College of Business Advisory Board (COBAB).

Thank you, Peter, for coming back to Laramie! It meant a great deal to our students, faculty, and staff to have you here.
