“I chose SDL because I was drawn to their philanthropy and involvement in volunteering, but what truly made it special was finding a sense of belonging I didn’t realize I had been looking for. Since day one, SDL has been a place where I can truly be myself and be surrounded by encouraging and empowering women. It’s given me a space where I can continue to grow while also having somewhere to destress, have fun, and enjoy life outside of school. It’s a sisterhood filled with the little moments, random laughs, and memories that make life that much more special. I’m so grateful for the friendships and memories I’ve made and for a sisterhood that has become such a meaningful part of my life. 🤍🕊️”

“I joined sdl because I was looking for a home away from home. A space where I can go to wherever things get hard and I’m surrounded by so many inspiring and empowering women. Being an older sister, I’ve always wanted someone/an older sister figure I can look for when things get heavy, and for the first time I was able to find that through our sisterhood. It’s really special being surrounded by unconditional love and support and also becoming that opportunity for someone else. My favorite memory from being in SDL was when I celebrated my birthday with all the girls and line sisters 🥹💗💖💞 I love this sorority with my whole heart and im so grateful to be part of such a meaningful sisterhood!” 🕊️
