Criminal Justice Week this week. The students worked on Criminology, Corrections, Juvenile Justice and finished up the week with LCPD SWAT Team, LCPD Drone Team and NMSU PD K9. The students also worked on the math of crime scenes with Ms Rocio Thank you Dr Posadas and NMSU Criminal Justice Department!

Working with Innoventure Entrepreneurship and Innovation Challenge this week. Students are designing, pitching and building their own prototypes. They are also working on marketing and business related math with Instructor Ms Rocio.

Week one of UpWard Bound Summer Academy in the books. Finished off the week working with NMSU’s Model United Nations- an amazing group of college students! The students took on the role of UN Delegates and put their negotiating skills to the test.
