Last week, Dr. Angela Winter conducted an evaluation visit with our Spring 2026 student teachers, Adriel Mendez, Nico O'Hara, and Arianna Urquidi, for their final observation prior to graduation this Saturday. She caught them in action in the classroom!

We extend our best wishes to these aspiring educators, confident in their preparedness to lead their own classrooms.

Congratulations to Dr. Michael Mapp and the Mesilla Valley Concert Band on their concert, 'British Invasion,' this afternoon.

A special thank you to Sergeant Major Michael Cano for his spectacular performance today on the 'Concerto for Trumpet.'

We also got the opportunity to hear the Mayfield High School Saxophone Quartet and their performance of 'Don't Stop Me Now.' And, lastly, honored MaryKay McDonald-Shelton with the Mr. Phil Pressler award for this concert season.

Thank you to everyone who supports this amazing community group. Please join them this upcoming July 4th for their special patriotic celebration concert!
