As May comes to a close, just a friendly reminder that May is Mental Health Awareness month. In the transition between classes, jobs, moving, travel, graduation, summer courses or catching up and reconnecting with people it can be thrilling, but can also be exhausting, unpredictable and overwhelming for a lot of us. Remember to prioritize your physical and mental wellness by taking time to rest and check in to assess how you're feeling and processing your emotions. We are still here for you over the summer so please continue to utilize resources such as TimelyCare or seek assistance from The Aggie Health and Wellness Center.
