NMSU Trio Upward Bound The Trio Upward Bound Program at New Mexico State University is located in Hardman Jacobs Undergraduate Learning Center in Room 128.

The NMSU TRiO Upward Bound Program, federally funded by the U.S. Department of Education, prepares high school students for successful entry into, retention in and completion of a four-year college degree. Participants learn skills and motivation necessary for success in post-secondary education.
