I AM HUMYN (project)

I AM HUMYN (project) This project was created by Yolie Elias and Natasha Reyes, graduate students at New Mexico Highlands University. I AM HUMYN. (project) promotes humyn rights.

The project was created because of their concern for the lack of support they see for the LGBT*Q community in New Mexico, especially in Las Vegas. Although, they understand the culture barriers of a small town, they refuse to accept this as an excuse as the su***de rates continue to increase amongst the gay community. We hope to educate the community with presentations, blogs, and videos.
