So it is, that one of the hardest things we find to do is control how we respond to life....

Student: this life is so harsh. So many people put afflictions and anger on me. No one seams to believe I’m capable.

Teacher: the only thing in this life you can control, is how you respond, the only one
that needs to believe in you is yourself...

Student: but I’m so upset over all of the afflictions and anger and so many saying I cannot...

Student: I am.

Teacher: but it is so that you are still upset. Then let all of the focus of your learning go into self control. No one can make you be upset. You choose to be upset. No one can make you doubt yourself. Only you can believe in or doubt yourself. Only you, so you see this is the lesson you must master. Self control...
