The semester is almost over, but it’s also the time where people might start to feel burnt out 🔥

Burnout doesn’t always look like crashing—it can be quiet. It’s the lack of motivation, the constant exhaustion, the feeling of being overwhelmed by things you used to handle with ease.

If that’s where you are right now, it’s okay to slow down. Remember: Rest isn’t falling behind, it’s part of moving forward. 🧠💛
