Weekly member highlight. This week we have are highlighting Anaiah.

Hello Phi Sigma Pi Brothers!

My name is Anaiah Chee. I am a Native American and member of the Navajo Nation. I am the treasurer for PSP - Zeta Psi. I have been a member of the fraternity since fall of 2019. I've also been the treasurer since spring 2020. I am a junior double majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice. You may see me around campus walking my 2 dogs. I lived in New Mexico before coming here for school. I enjoy hiking, road trips, and movies. My favorite movies are the Lord of the Rings trilogy (original, I know). My favorite roadtrip is the drive Farmington, NM to Silverton, CO.

Hello brothers and supporters of our chapter. Our chapter will be participating in Extra Life this year. We will fundraise all week but the main event will be 6 November 2021. Brothers can participate by streaming either through discord or Twitch after creating their individual page and signing up with the team. Good morning Brothers (still feels weird calling Women) and potential new members. I hope everyone has had a good week so far since it Friday and the last day of school this week. Can you believe that we have just finished a quarter of the semester already. For all potential new members that have joined the sever that has not had the great opportunity to hear my great presentation, you are in luck as we have our last Invitational Meeting today at 2 p.m. in the meeting and events-vc. And how can I forget to also mention for everyone that next Friday, September 24th at 6 p.m. is our Recruitment Event, which should be nothing short of a good time as we plan on having different break out rooms with different activities in each room. I can honestly said that the members of the chapter are getting excited about our Recruitment Event and having all you present at the event. We are also getting super excited that we will being introducing you as members and not just potential new members to our chapter real soon. For all the members that had faith and VOTED for me as the Recruitment Advisor, THANK YOU. I was a little nervous about being the Recruitment Advisor, but I did not realize until recently how much my personality fits perfectly with this role. Again, thank you for all the interest in our Fraternity and can not wait to see all at the Meeting today and Event next Friday. Have a great Friday and Weekend.

Hello Brothers,
Our chapter President asked me if I could take time to post on the anniversary of 9/11 in honor of not just are fallen military, first responders, and civilians on that tragic day but also those that have severed in some form over the last 20 years. As I was sitting down on Friday working on my school work and was starting to put my thoughts together on what I wanted to say, it started to bring up deep emotions that still to this day I will never forget. So, personally for me, it is hard for me to either listen to the radio or watch the television as there is some much coverage on the remembrances. However, I am not unsympathetic to those that lost friends and family in the towers or in military service, it is that this day will always have a significate impact on my life that will never need just one day to remember those that lost their lives.

Image being a 21-year-old Air Force member on their very first deployment in Saudi Arabia and being woken up by your roommate saying that there has been an attack on American soil. How would it make you feel? For me I was mad, I had made the decision to join the Air Force to defend it from foreign enemies and what happens the one thing no one imaged since the attack on Pearl Harbor.

As we all take time of our busy day to hold our remembrance for those that lost their lives on this fateful day, please remember to say thank you to our first reponders and military. It takes some very special people to wake up every day and do their job never knowing when their name will be called for their final ride.

How many of you that are taking remote classes have the same issue that I have with one of my five pets think they need to be involved in the learning of a class? This little fur ball has been this way since we moved to remote over a year ago. I have tried to complain to the school but I never get a response back (LOL). If you have any pictures you would like to share please feel free to post in the comments. I hope that everyone had a good first week and started off strong. Remember this is not a sprint but a marathon to the finish line.

Hello current, former and potential new members. This is the new Recruitment Advisor for the Chapter along with one of the admins for the page and am excited about starting the semester on Monday. The chapter has a few events planned coming in the next month. I am currently working on getting a RSVP form out hopefully before the middle of next week, and the link for the events. However, as I work on both of these I would still like to share the date and times of the events which are as followed:
