UNLV American Indian Alliance The UNLV American Indian Alliance (AIA) is composed of faculty and staff who are committed to advancing Native American/Alaska Native education.

The UNLV American Indian Alliance is a organization comprised of volunteer employees who are academic and administrative faculty members as well as those who are in classified positions. Our goal is to speak and act as a unified body for UNLV's Native American population.
